The first prototype
was conceived as a gantry whose end received vertically the camera in order
to visualize the conveyor belt (case of this site of sorting and recycling)
by over.
The principal problem
of this prototype was the weak visualized part of the conveyor belt.
This Prototype consisted
of three elements:
A module video
camera was at the end of the pole.
The air arrives
on the back of the camera delaying the clogging of the objective of the camera.
A
box gathering the blower, the transformer of tension and the filtering of the
air (bath of oil and filter foams)
A principal box,
containing the electronics of detection ( Calculator PC. and acquisition video
board ) as well as the annex electronic board (Power units and power interfaces)
